1. What is the difference between a Debit and a Credit Card?
 
A Debit Card gives you access to your money from your bank account while a Credit Card is a credit facility given by your bank.

Your Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card is powered by VISA International, making it acceptable at over 27 million retailers worldwide, including over 49,000 retailers in Pakistan. Your Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card can also be used as an ATM card at over 3,500 ATMs nationwide, including Allied Bank’s largest ATM network across Pakistan.
3. How can I activate my Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card?
Upon receiving your Card, kindly call Allied Phone Banking at 0800-22522 to get your Card activated.
4. What can I do with my Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card?
Your Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card is accepted globally, therefore, you can access your bank account, get your groceries, dine at your favorite restaurants, enjoy shopping, traveling and a lot more!
5. What kind of transactions can I do with my Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card?
Cash withdrawal through ATM Utility bill payments
Balance Inquiry Funds Transfer
PIN change Purchase through Point-of-Sale (POS) Terminal wherever there is a Visa sign
6. How do I make purchases through my Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card?
On your purchase, the cashier will swipe your Allied Cash+Shop Visa Debit Card through the
Point-of-Sale Terminal (POS) and give you a charge slip
Check the transaction amount carefully and sign the slip. Please remember to collect your Card and charge slip after completion of the transaction
Once the transaction is complete, the amount will be deducted from your Allied Bank Account
7. In case of card loss, where should I call?
In case of loss, theft, damage, or if you suspect that your Card has been used fraudulently, immediately call Allied Phone Banking at 0800-22522 within Pakistan or +9221-35301094 from outside Pakistan.
