Extended Hours Banking facility has been introduced for the convenience of customers, with an aim at accommodating their busy schedules and making their modern-day banking tasks even simpler & easier.
Keeping the doors open for Extended hours services reflects our commitment of continually providing better financial solutions and tailored-services centered around our customer requirements, which will enable them to do banking at convenience whilst suiting their life-cycle needs.
The branches will continue to offer regular banking services (except FX transations) during extended hours, which include:
- Cash receipt transaction
- Cash payment transaction
- Online transactions
- Collection of utility bills
- Issuance of demand draft / pay order
- Clearing of cheque and other related instruments, and other banking services.
