ABL inaugurates its first Self Service Banking Branch at Lucky One Mall, Karachi.
Allied Bank’s self-service banking branch is one of its kind branch, offering a blend of “Conventional” and “Self-Service Banking” facilities to its account holders as well as walk-in customers. It is equipped with modern equipment, which enables ABL customers to address their banking needs while interfacing with diverse range of digital touch points i.e. tablets, interactive tables, video conferencing and digital kiosks, eliminating the need of hefty paper work and long waits in queues.
The prime objective of the “Self Service Branch” initiative is to provide a seamless customer experience, empowering Banks customers to meet their day to day banking needs, with ease and convenience they expect. The concept of “Self Service Branch” is a cornerstone of Allied Bank’s Digital Strategy, leveraging and complimenting the strong IT base of the Bank, with an aim to transform the “traditional branch banking model”, leading towards enhanced efficiency and superior customer services.
Mr. Sohail Younus, CEO, Lucky One (Pvt) Ltd. graced the occasion with his presence and inaugurated the branch. The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Waseem Mukhtar, Director ABL along with Mr. Zafar Iqbal, Director ABL and Mr. Tahir Hassan Qureshi, CEO ABL. A large number of customers and dignitaries were also present in the landmark launch.
