Q: How long will the temporary limit be valid?
It will remain valid until 12:00 AM midnight on the same calendar day.
Q: Can I enhance the limit more than once per day?
No. Each transaction type (ATM, POS, FT/IBFT) can only be enhanced once per day. However, you may enhance all three types separately within the same day.
Q: If I’ve already used part of my daily limit, how is the enhanced amount calculated?
The remaining available amount is calculated based on the enhanced limit minus the amount already utilized.
Q: Is sufficient balance required before subscribing?
Yes. Your account must have sufficient funds to cover the subscription fee and applicable FED at the time of activation.
Q: Can I activate this service for more than one debit card?
Yes. The facility can be activated separately for each ABL debit card.
Q: Will I get a refund if I don’t use the enhanced limit?
No. The subscription fee is non-refundable once the enhancement request is successfully processed.
Q: Can I use the enhanced FT/IBFT limit via myABL?
No. Enhanced FT/IBFT limits can only be used via ABL ATM channels.
