As part of its strategy, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has been continuously engaging the Pakistani diaspora residing in various global jurisdictions. This not only provides the central bank with first-hand knowledge of their banking needs but also assists in gauging their experience with the overall functioning of the Roshan Digital Account (RDA). In line with this approach, SBP conducted a customer satisfaction survey in March–April 2022 to assess customer satisfaction on key aspects of RDA, its products, and the level of trust customers place in RDA.
