The estimated cost of the Government Hajj Scheme ranges from Rs. 1,150,000 to Rs. 1,250,000, payable in installments. The first installment will be collected from 4th August to 9th August 2025 for registered applicants, and from 11th to 16th August 2025 for both registered/unregistered applicants, until the assigned Hajj quota is fully allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the selected package below:

Long Package: Rs. 500,000

Short Package: Rs. 550,000
The remaining balance, including final costs and any elective options such as the bedroom option, will be announced later by MORA.
Overseas Pakistanis wishing to apply for Hajj 2026 can also apply under the Regular Hajj Scheme, as there will be no Sponsorship Scheme for Hajj 2026.

Photocopy of valid CNIC/NICOP/SNIC issued by NADRA.

Photocopy of International Machine-Readable Pakistani Passport (IMRPP) with validity until 26th November 2026 or beyond.

Hajj applicant must have a valid bank account.

Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted to perform Hajj this year.

According to Saudi timelines, selection of pilgrims will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Approved Saudi vaccination is mandatory for all pilgrims.

The Qurbani option will be selected as “Yes” by default on the MORA portal, as Qurbani is compulsory according to Saudi instructions.

- 2nd Installment Period: 03rd November 2025 to 15th November 2025.
- Mode of Payment: Applicants are required to visit their nearest ABL branch to deposit their Hajj dues for the 2nd installment
- Amount: PKR 650,000 (Rupees Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand only) applicable for both Long Hajj and Short Hajj packages.
- Only those Hajj applicants who have already deposited the 1st installment for the Hajj 2026 scheme are eligible to submit the 2nd installment.
- Applicants may change their Hajj packages from Short to Long Hajj at the time of submitting the 2nd installment.
- Applicants can correct their data before depositing the 2nd installment at the bank branch.
- Additional Charges: For three-bed family room PKR 67,000 (per person) and Double-bed family room PKR 200,000 (per person) only available for Makkah.
- If a Hajj applicant fails to deposit the second installment within the timelines prescribed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, their Hajj application shall stand cancelled.
