To enter into the Salary Management Agreement, the employer must:

  • Open an Allied Islamic Business Plus Account for salary disbursement

  • Have a minimum of 50 employees on payroll

  • Ensure minimum salary disbursement of PKR 37,000 per employee per month

  • Route a mutually agreed percentage of business through ABL-IBG

  • Ensure salary disbursement begins the same month of account opening

  • Disburse salaries from the employer’s ABL-IBG account only

  • No salary disbursement allowed via same-day cash or clearing transactions
