Your current Visa Sapphire 200 Debit Card will remain operational until expiry. Upon renewal, you will receive a Visa Platinum Debit Card. You can also opt to replace your existing card by visiting your nearest branch or calling the helpline at (042) or (021) 111-225-225.

Q. How can I get the Allied Visa Platinum Debit Card?

If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you may request issuance of the Allied Visa Platinum Debit Card by visiting your nearest Allied Bank branch.

All existing customers holding the Visa Sapphire 200 Debit Card are eligible and can request a replacement by visiting the branch or calling the helpline at (042) or (021) 111-225-225.

Q. What is the contactless feature?

A contactless card uses Near Field Communication (NFC) to make secure payments. It requires only close proximity (less than 2 inches) to an NFC-enabled POS terminal or ATM to complete a transaction. The card can be used without removing it from your wallet.

Q. How will I use my Allied Visa Platinum Debit Card for transactions?

To pay using your contactless card:

  1. Look for the contactless symbol at the POS or ATM.

  2. Tap your NFC-enabled Allied Visa Platinum Debit Card on the terminal.

  3. Enter your PIN, if prompted.

Note: Your card can also be used by dipping the chip or swiping the magnetic stripe at contact-only terminals.

Q. In case of card loss, where should I call?

If your card is lost, stolen, damaged, or suspected of fraudulent use, immediately call Allied Phone Banking at (021) or (042) 111-225-225 within Pakistan or at +9221-35301094 from abroad.
You can also temporarily block the card via myABL Digital Banking.

Q. Can I share my debit card PIN with the merchant to process POS transactions?

Never share your PIN with anyone. Always enter it discreetly at the POS terminal.
