Job Description

Ability to effectively manage sales activities and achieve monthly targets for:

  • CASA deposits
  • Consumer products
  • Cross-selling
  • Mutual fund products

Thorough knowledge of market business dynamics, regulatory requirements, banking operations, controls, trade finance, and related areas.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Preference will be given to graduates with a specialization in Commerce or Business.
  • CGPA/Division: Minimum CGPA of 2.5 / 2nd Division or at least 45% marks (in case of a percentage-based system) in the graduation degree.
  • Age: Not more than 35 years.
  • Experience: Experience is not mandatory; however, candidates with experience in deposit mobilization and sales will be preferred.
