ABL Partners with dEngage

ABL has entered into a partnership with dEngage to launch a unified platform for customer-driven marketing. The dEngage solution will be integrated with all customer communication channels of Allied Bank to enable event-based personalized communication with the target audience based on data intelligence.

The signing ceremony was held at Allied Bank’s Head Office in Lahore and was attended by senior management from both organizations.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Digital Banking Officer, Mr. Sohail Aziz, mentioned,
“Everyone is annoyed with the increasing number of marketing messages, which are counterproductive most of the time. We are pleased to partner with dEngage to replace bulk messaging with event-based engagements driven by data intelligence. This will not only improve our customer engagements but also bring cost efficiency.”
