Overview of SBP’s Islamic Long Term Financing Facility

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) offers this Shariah-compliant refinance facility to support exporters with concessional long-term financing for the purchase of new, imported or locally manufactured plant and machinery.

ILTFF will be financed through Ijarah and Diminishing Musharakah modes
Available to all export-oriented sectors as permitted under the Export Policy Order issued by the Ministry of Commerce
Tenor of Financing: Up to 10 years, including a grace period of 2 years
Refinance Rate: 6.00%
