Register on myABL or download the app from Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery

Log in using your credentials

Click on the “Bill Payments” icon on the homepage

Select “New Biller” and choose category “Utility”

Enter your Reference/Customer ID

After validation, you’ll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number

Upon OTP verification, your account will be debited, and you’ll receive confirmation
Via myABL Mobile Banking App

Tap the “Payments” icon
-
Choose “New Payments” and select category “Utility”

Select the biller company
-
Enter the Reference/Consumer ID

Tap Proceed to receive OTP

Enter OTP to authenticate and complete the transaction
Via myABL Wallet App

Download and open your myABL Wallet account

Log in using your credentials

Click on “Bill Payments”

Select the category and then the billing company

Enter the Reference ID

You’ll receive an OTP on your registered number or email

Enter OTP to complete the payment process
Via Allied Bank ATM

Insert your Debit Card and enter PIN

Select ‘Other Transactions’ > ‘Payments/Donations’

Choose the biller from the list
-
Enter the consumer number
-
Verify credentials and confirm

A payment receipt will be printed automatically

Dial (042) 111-225-225 anytime to make utility bill payments over the phone. Our Allied Phone Banking agents will assist you with the process.
Note: You must have an active Allied Debit Card to avail this service via Phone Banking.
