National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (NIFT) and Allied Bank have entered into a strategic agreement to enable digital payments (mobile/e-commerce) through NIFT’s Digital Financial Services platform, branded as “NIFT ePay.”
Accelerating Digital Payments in Pakistan
As part of its ongoing mission to promote digital payments in Pakistan, NIFT — a licensed PSO/PSP known for its nationwide cheque clearing services — is preparing to launch a comprehensive e-commerce payment gateway.
The NIFT ePay platform aims to:

Enable interoperable and secure digital commerce transactions

Allow customers to make payments using any bank account or digital wallet

Facilitate direct e-commerce payments via CASA accounts or wallets
