LAHORE: Allied Bank Ltd. (ABL) has announced its strategic selection of Sprinklr, a leading Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) platform. The implementation will be carried out by Sprinklr partner Speridian Technologies, enabling ABL to deploy Sprinklr’s suite of tools including Modern Research, Modern Care, and Modern Engagement.
Allied Bank becomes the first bank in Pakistan to adopt Sprinklr across all major digital communication platforms—Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and App Stores—ensuring a unified process for engaging, listening to, and supporting customers in real time.
The agreement was formally signed in the presence of senior management from both ABL and Speridian Technologies.
Improving Customer Engagement Across Digital Channels
With the rise in customer queries and feedback on social media and messaging platforms, ABL aims to use Sprinklr’s AI-powered Unified-CXM platform to deliver personalized, timely, and insightful customer engagement across its digital ecosystem.
Sprinklr is currently managing all of ABL’s social media channels, including interactions and feedback on the Google Play Store, helping the Bank gather actionable insights to enhance its myABL Digital Banking app experience.
