Overview – Allied Farm Mechanization

This financing facility is designed to facilitate agricultural farmers in obtaining Agriculture Development Loans (Term Finance) for the purchase of agricultural equipment to be employed for farm mechanization.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 62 years

  • Loan Tenor: 3 to 5 years

  • Debt-to-Equity Ratio: 70:30

  • Minimum Ownership & Cultivation Requirement:

    • Punjab, Sindh & Balochistan: 5 acres

    • KPK, AJK & GB: 2 acres

  • Repayment:

    • Half-yearly installments

  • Women Farmers:

    • This financing facility is also available for women farmers.

  • Security Options (One or more may be accepted):

    • Agriculture Land

    • Urban Property

    • Liquid Securities

    • Hypothecation
