Yes. Coins earned on credit card transactions will be canceled upon card closure.
Q. Will Coins be canceled if my debit card is closed?
No. Coins will only be canceled if the bank account linked to the debit card is closed.
Q. What happens to my Coins if my card is lost or stolen?
Coins earned on your lost or stolen card will be automatically transferred to the replacement card.
Q. How can I enroll in the myABL Coins program?
No action is required. All eligible debit and credit cardholders (including supplementary cardholders) are automatically enrolled.
Q. Will Coins be canceled if I cancel a transaction?
Yes. If a transaction is reversed, the earned Coins will also be canceled.

1) Definitions

“Bank” refers to Allied Bank Limited and/or its successors and/or permitted assignees.

“You,” “Your,” and “Yours” refer to customers of Allied Bank.

“Customer” means an individual holding an Allied Bank account and/or an Allied Bank debit or credit card.
-
“Primary Cardholder” is the person to whom an Allied Bank card is issued and who solely operates the account.

“Supplementary Cardholder” refers to an additional cardholder using a card issued under the Primary Cardholder.

“myABL Coins” is Allied Bank’s loyalty program that rewards customers with points for using select banking products and services.

“Coins” are loyalty points earned under the myABL Coins program and are redeemable through the myABL Coins Marketplace.

“myABL Coins Account” is the account where a customer’s earned coins are stored.

“myABL Coins Marketplace” is the digital platform where customers redeem coins for goods and services.

“Partner” means an independent company/entity/merchant associated with the myABL Coins program to offer products/services. Allied Bank is not their agent and does not guarantee their services.

“OTP” stands for One-Time Password.
2) Earning Coins
-
Coins are applicable only on POS and e-commerce purchases via Allied Bank debit and credit cards.

Coins earned across multiple cards are clubbed at the customer level.
-
Supplementary card transactions earn coins, which are credited to the Primary Cardholder and are redeemable by them only.
-
Only active cardholders can earn coins.
-
Coins are reversed if the corresponding transaction is reversed or cancelled.
-
Each coin equals PKR 1 in value. The Bank reserves the right to amend this value without prior notice.
3) Redemption of Coins

myABL Coins are redeemed via third-party partners, who are responsible for the quality and delivery of products/services.
-
The Bank acts only as a liaison between customers and partners and is not liable for the outcome of the products or services.
-
Coins, once redeemed, cannot be reversed—except where the partner fails to deliver. In such cases, customers must provide evidence for a possible reversal. The Bank’s decision will be final.
-
Redemption is allowed only if the customer’s banking relationship is in good standing (e.g., no overdue credit cards).
-
The Bank may deny or cancel redemptions at its sole discretion.
-
Redemption categories and options may change without prior notice.
-
Coins cannot be converted to or redeemed for cash.
4) Cancellation of myABL Coins
Coins may be cancelled if:

A credit card linked to accumulated coins is closed or cancelled.
-
A debit card’s linked bank account is closed.
-
A customer is found using unethical means or violating policies to earn or redeem coins.
5) Failure or Breach

The Bank may refuse or cancel coins earned through unnatural, irregular, or suspicious transactions.
6) Other Provisions
-
These terms supplement Allied Bank’s general terms for accounts and e-banking services.

Goods/services purchased via myABL Coins cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

The Bank is not liable if the Marketplace is unavailable due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events (e.g., technical failure, maintenance).
-
The Bank does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service on the Marketplace.

The customer is solely responsible for safeguarding OTPs and passwords. Fraud resulting from negligence is the customer’s liability.
-
Allied Bank never asks for confidential information via phone, SMS, or email. The official caller ID is 1222, not 111-225-225. Sharing personal data with fraudulent callers is at the customer’s own risk.

These terms do not override any existing terms governing other Allied Bank products and services.
7) Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Allied Bank harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Use of the myABL Coins Marketplace (by the customer or anyone using their credentials).

Breach of these terms and conditions by the customer or any party using their account.
8) Complaints Handling

Complaints submitted after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Coin-related discrepancies must be reported within 45 days of the transaction. Late submissions will not be entertained.

If a selected product is out of stock or unavailable, this will be reflected on the Marketplace or communicated by the Bank. Redeemed coins will be adjusted accordingly.

Allied Bank is not responsible for the quality or delivery delays of goods or services.

The Bank reserves the right to change the myABL Coins program, eligibility criteria, coin value, redemption process, and program features without notice.

All changes or decisions made by Allied Bank will be final and binding. Customers waive the right to contest such decisions.
